Notice under the German Anti-Money Laundering Act
As a business dealing in precious metals and jewellery, we are an obliged entity under the German Anti-Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz, GwG). For cash payments of €10,000 or more, we are legally required to verify the identity of our contracting party.
Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG).
